Thomas Stratakis has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Thomas started their career in 2011 as a Customer Service representative at TA AIDONAKIA S.A. From there, they moved on to Plastika Kritis S.A. in 2013, where they worked in both Imports and Exports Operations. In 2014, they took on the role of Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at EUROHOTEL S.A. and also worked in Exports Operations at Plastika Kritis SA (PLAKR). In 2016, they joined HCS A/S Transport & Spedition as a Customer Service Specialist in the FMCG sector, and eventually became the Head of Customer Service in 2017.

Thomas Stratakis completed their education in a variety of fields. In 2012, they attended the Theater of Change and pursued a degree in Acting. The following year, in 2013, they studied at the Estonian Business School, focusing on International Business and earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. From 2009 to 2015, Thomas attended the Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Economics. Most recently, in 2020 and 2021, they enrolled at the School of Pedagogical and Technological Education, completing a Postgraduate Executive Program in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling/Counselor.
