Andrew Mueller

Andrew Mueller, FSA, MAAA is a Senior Managing Actuary in Risk Adjustment at Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC), where they have been since 2025. Previously, Andrew held roles as a Senior Actuarial Analyst and Managing Actuary at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas from 2020 to 2022. Andrew’s early career included a position as a Quality Control professional at AJR International in 2015 and an Actuarial Intern at First Chicago Insurance Company in 2017. Andrew earned a degree in Mathematics from Western Illinois University, graduating in 2018.
