Cathy Torrez

Cathy Torrez has over two decades of experience in the IT field, currently serving as an IT Business Consultant at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas since April 2003. Prior to this role, Cathy worked as an Adjunct Instructor at DCCCD from January 1996 to May 2003, and held the position of Network Administrator at Siemens Dematic from August 1999 to April 2003, where responsibilities included building and managing network servers. Cathy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at Dallas, attending from 1995 to 1998, and graduated from Manzano High School between 1978 and 1980.
