Christopher Powers

Christopher Powers has extensive experience in healthcare analytics and Medicare policy. Previously served as a Senior Pharmacoeconomic Researcher at Caremark and held multiple roles at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, including Director of the Information Products Group and Lead Pharmacist in the Division of Clinical and Operational Performance. From 2017 to 2023, served as Director of Medicare Part D Stars at Cigna, and subsequently as Director of Medicare Stars Data and Analytics before taking on the current role at Health Care Service Corporation as Director of Medicare Stars Analytics. Christopher Powers holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Albany College of Pharmacy, a Post Doctoral Fellowship in Pharmacoeconomics from Rutgers University, and an Associate of Science in Math/Science from Adirondack Community College.
