Daniel Kavuu is currently a Product Lead Engineer at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, where they have fostered a strong engineering culture and contributed to the development of various initiatives. Daniel previously served as a S.T.A.R.S. Peer Mentor at DePaul University, assisting first-year students during their transition to college. They are a sophomore at DePaul University, pursuing a Double Major in Economics, Mathematics, and Computer Science, and are expected to graduate in June 2018.
