Danielle Bortters, BSN, RN, CCRN, has extensive nursing experience across various healthcare settings. Danielle began as a Nurse Technician at Baylor Scott & White Health and advanced to the role of Medical Intensive Care Nurse, actively participating in multiple councils, including the Critical Care Shared Governance Council and the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council. Following this, Danielle worked as a Claims Analyst at UnitedHealth Group before becoming a Pediatric Intensive Care Charge Nurse at Cook Children's Health Care System, where involvement includes serving as a preceptor and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Currently, Danielle is employed as a Utilization Management Nurse at Health Care Service Corporation. Danielle's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington.
