David Chae

David Chae has extensive experience in learning solutions and development within the healthcare sector, currently serving as Manager of Learning Solutions at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas since January 2015. The role involves managing Learning Partners for clinical staff and ensuring compliance with Medicaid/Medicare training regulations.
