Debbie Haskell

Debbie Haskell possesses over two decades of experience in health plan operations, specializing in value-based programs and provider service operations. Currently serving as a Senior Product Development Manager at Health Care Service Corporation, Debbie has been instrumental in developing operational reporting strategies and implementing data-driven processes that enhance efficiency and accuracy. Previously, at Cigna, Debbie managed end-to-end Value-Based Care ACO program implementations and led national reporting and roster audit operations. Debbie earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis and is pursuing a Master of Health Administration from the University of Southern California.
