Dell Tyus is an experienced Android Developer with a strong background in mobile app development and publishing. Currently serving at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas since March 2019, Dell has expertise in published Android applications and a comprehensive understanding of the Android development and publishing toolchain.
