Doug Wagner is a seasoned CyberSecurity Operations Analyst and Project Manager at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, where they currently contribute to the implementation of cyber defense solutions. Previously, Doug worked as a System Administrator at Evans Transportation, focusing on malware incident response and IT infrastructure management. With experience as a PC and LAN analyst at MasterGraphics, they developed extensive skills in firewall management, threat detection, and custom scripting. Doug holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and is pursuing their Security+ certification.
