Glen Brooks

Glen Brooks possesses extensive experience in health care management and outreach, holding positions in various reputable organizations. Between 2004 and 2009, Glen contributed to Harmony Health Plan in roles such as Regional Contract Specialist and Benefit Consultant, where responsibilities included contract negotiation and member education on health care options. As Executive Director/Consultant at Kamp Around Kids from 2008 to 2013, Glen focused on health education and support for at-risk youth. From 2013 to 2017, Glen served as Outreach Coordinator at Family Health Network, providing guidance to recipients and physicians regarding benefits. Currently, at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois since 2017, Glen leads initiatives addressing Men’s Health and Wellness, with an emphasis on social determinants of health. Glen’s career began as Field Manager at Unity HMO and later as Specialty Sales Representative at Cardinal Health, lending a solid foundation in health care operations and sales. Glen holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, earned from 1991 to 1996.
