Jim Larkin

Jim Larkin is an experienced learning consultant currently employed at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas since March 2022, focusing on developing and executing learning initiatives throughout the enterprise. Prior to this role, Jim served as a Senior Employee Development Specialist at Metra Commuter Rail, leading instructional design for administrative and operations teams. Jim has also worked as a Learning and Development Analyst at Vistra Energy, where responsibilities included creating training programs for various business channels, and as a Training Specialist at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services, designing blended training programs. Jim holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
