John Miller

John Miller is an experienced Senior Program Manager at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas since March 2019, specializing in the management of programs and projects utilizing Agile methodologies. Previously, John served as Director of Client Delivery & Project Management at ICU Medical, overseeing national organizations related to Medication Management Systems. John founded and led Miller Services Inc. as President, providing professional services in Program Management and Strategy. Additional experience includes roles at McDonald's in Identity Management, TravelClick in Product Delivery, Oracle as an eArchitect, and AT&T as an Enterprise Architect. John holds an Executive Scholar Program degree in Leadership from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, an MBA from Benedictine University, a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from DeVry Institute of Technology, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
