Keith Landers

Keith Landers has extensive experience in both healthcare and technical fields. Currently serving as a Customer Advocate II at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas since March 2019, Keith also fulfills the role of Client Liaison Manager at Saint Francis Health System, where responsibilities include facilitating communication between patients, families, and hospital staff. Previous experience includes positions as a SCADA Analyst III at Magellan Midstream Partners and Development Analyst at ONEOK, where expertise in SCADA systems and project management was developed. Keith holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Science and Computer Systems from Oklahoma State University and an Associate's degree from Tulsa Junior College, along with various certifications in computer security and business.
