Kelsey Cunningham

Kelsey Cunningham is currently the Director & Actuary at Health Care Service Corporation, overseeing ACA Risk Adjustment Analytics and Reporting since 2023. Prior to this, Kelsey held the position of Sr. Managing Actuary at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas from 2016 to 2021, where responsibilities included managing ACA Risk Adjustment and coordinating various actuarial programs. Kelsey began their career at State Farm Insurance as an Actuarial Analyst and previously worked as a Pension Administrator at The Benefits Consulting Group. Kelsey earned a B.S. in Mathematics and Economics from Elmhurst College in 2011 and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries since 2015, as well as a member of the American Academy of Actuaries since 2013.
