Lindsay N. is a strategic talent management leader with experience in planning, designing, and implementing organizational and talent strategies. They have held various positions in notable companies including Allstate, where they led extensive leadership development programs, and Aon Hewitt, where they managed large-scale projects focused on client satisfaction. Currently, Lindsay serves as the Talent Management Lead at Health Care Service Corporation. They hold a Master’s degree in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
