Lori Long

Lori (Yi) Long, LCSW, CCM, is an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a strong background in the mental health field. They currently serve as a Medical Management Specialist III/Team Lead at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas, managing care plans and conducting health assessments. Lori has also worked as a therapist for Talkspace and as a clinical counselor in Employee Assistance Programs. They hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from The University of Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from Sun Yat-Sen University, along with internship experience across various organizations. Lori is fluent in Mandarin and conversational in Cantonese.
