Mandy Smith

Mandy Smith is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of Large Group Account Management at Health Care Service Corporation, a role they began in 2023. Prior to this, they held the same position at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma from 2000 to 2024. Mandy also contributed to the organization as a Customer Service Specialist and in various account management roles. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Northwestern Oklahoma State University, graduating in 1999. Mandy is actively involved with the Tulsa Association of Health Underwriters and serves on the Board of Directors for the NEOK American Red Cross and the Campaign Cabinet for the Tulsa Area United Way.
