Mike Tuma

Mike Tuma is an experienced Behavioral Health Case Manager at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas since April 2020, focusing on behavioral health case management coordination. Previously, Mike held leadership roles at Humana Government Business and Humana Behavioral Health, managing teams of Clinical Advisers and overseeing utilization management and care coordination for both Medicare and Commercial cases. Additional experience includes leading an Intensive Outpatient Program at STAR Council, coordinating prevention efforts at the University of Oklahoma, teaching at the University of Central Oklahoma, and directing prevention programs at A Chance To Change Foundation. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Southern Nazarene University, a Master's degree in Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor's degree in Music from Oklahoma Baptist University.
