Rodney Perry

Rodney Perry has extensive work experience in the field of investigation and compliance. Rodney most recently served as the Lead Investigator at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas starting in 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Compliance Investigator for the same company. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as an Investigator at CBOE. Before that, they were a Market Regulation Examiner at the Chicago Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2014. Rodney also has experience as a Consultant and Expert Witness at R.D. Perry Consulting from 2009 to 2012. Rodney started their career at CME Group in 1998 as a General Investigator and continued in that role until 2009. Prior to that, they worked as a Trading Floor Investigator and Market Reporter at Chicago Mercantile Exchange from 1991 to 1998.

Rodney Perry's education history begins in 1983, where they attended Mount Carmel for an unspecified period and did not earn a degree. From 1987 to 1991, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Prelaw at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Following this, from 2007 to 2010, they attended the University of Illinois Springfield, obtaining a Master of Arts degree in Legal Studies. Lastly, from 2012 to 2015, they pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law at Cooley Law School.
