Stephen Sechler is currently an Actuarial Director at HCSC, overseeing the Northeast Part C actuarial team in the Medicare Advantage organization. With nearly a decade of actuarial experience in health insurance, they have held various roles at Cigna, including Actuarial Lead Analyst and Actuarial Senior Advisor. Stephen earned a Master’s degree in Bioengineering from Trinity College Dublin and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University. They are also a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA).
