Steven B. is an experienced instructional designer and multimedia developer with a diverse professional background in e-learning and interactive multimedia development. Currently serving as the Lead Learning Infrastructure Specialist at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas since July 2005, Steven also holds the role of Lead Instructional Developer and Business Owner for the Learning Management System. As the Owner and Chief Pixel Monkey at Doublecheese Media since August 1992, Steven specializes in e-learning and interactive multimedia development.
