Wade Baker

Wade Baker is an Agile Product Owner and process engineer specializing in improvement and standardization. After 13 years in journalism, Wade transitioned to process improvement project management in 2012 at CGS Administrators, LLC, contributing to initiatives in executive-level areas and quality management. They joined Cigna in 2019, initially as an Explanation of Benefits Manager and later became an Agile Product Owner, significantly impacting Cigna Medicare's operations. Currently, Wade is a Product Management Manager at Health Care Service Corporation following its acquisition of Cigna's Medicare Advantage business. In their free time, Wade enjoys urban gardening, grilling, and exploring Tennessee with their spouse.
