Doug Phung

Doug Phung has extensive work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Doug began their career at Accenture in 2003 as a System Analyst, where they performed system and integration testing for CM/CP and Sprint LD projects. Doug then joined Cerner in 2004 as a Solution Delivery Consultant, where they were the main resource for Core System Security design and build, providing support throughout the design and implementation phase. In 2010, Doug worked as an Implementation Specialist at GENPACT LLC and as an Implementation Consultant at BAHAMA Consulting. Since 2012, they have been working at HCTec as a Core Team Lead, supporting the Sequoia EHR implementation team with provisioning and maintenance of test accounts, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and coordinating logon fairs. Doug also has experience as a Core Team Lead at Dignity Health from 2012 to 2013.

Doug Phung attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology.
