Eric Soncrant

Eric Soncrant's work experience began in 2008 at the Maumee Indoor Theatre, where they served as a Shift Manager until 2010. In 2011, they worked as a Sales Associate at Aeropostale from July to December. In 2012, they had two Co-op/Intern roles: one at Encore Construction Company, LLC as a Project and Field Engineer, and another at FirstEnergy as a Components Engineering intern. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Team Leader for the University of Cincinnati in the Partners for the Advancement of Collaborative Engineering Education (PACE) competition. In 2014, they also worked as a Server at Boi Na Braza, a four-star restaurant in Cincinnati. Since 2015, Eric has been with HCTec Partners, initially as a Senior Information Technology Recruiter and later as the Sr. Director of Strategic Resourcing.

Eric Soncrant earned their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, where they attended from 2010 to 2015.
