Reginald Shaw has a diverse work experience in the healthcare IT field. Reginald started their career at Optimum Healthcare IT in 2015 and has held various roles, including Epic Consultant and Epic Radiant/Cupid Outpatient ATE Support. Reginald also worked as an Epic Radiant ATE Support Analyst and Epic Radiant Go Live ATE Analyst. In 2023, they will be a Credentialed Epic Radiant Trainer.

In October 2010, they became a licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist through NCBMBT.
