Robert Cole

Robert Cole has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. ROBERT began their career in 2001 as a General Manager at Champs Sports, where they worked for 14 years. ROBERT then moved on to positions such as General Manager at TitleMax, Associate Resource Manager at Kroger, and Retail Manager at Spark Wireless T-Mobile Premium Retailer.

In 2018, Robert joined Metro Nashville Public Schools as a Transition to Work Specialist, where they supported and guided students in their education and employment goals. ROBERT then transitioned to Macy's in 2019, taking on the role of People Leader. In this position, they coached and recruited a team, conducted training, and implemented performance improvement plans.

Most recently, in 2021, Robert served as the General Manager at Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse before joining HCTec in 2022 as an Onboarding Specialist.

Robert Cole obtained a Bachelor's degree in Leadership and Management from Trevecca Nazarene University from 2018 to 2023. In May 2020, they also obtained a certification in Professional Networking from LinkedIn.
