Logan Blackburn has extensive experience in the hospitality and education sectors, including roles at HCW since September 2016, where responsibilities have included Tour & Travel Manager, Small Meetings Manager, Sales Coordinator, Assistant Front Office Manager, and Guest Service Agent. Prior experience includes a position as a Long Term Substitute Teacher with Branson Public School District from January 2018 to May 2019, and as a Guest Service Agent at Chateau On the Lake Resort Spa & Convention Center from February 2016 to September 2016. Logan holds a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Curriculum Development from Missouri State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Hospitality & Tourism/Management from the University of Arkansas.

Development: We have developed a diverse portfolio of over $2 billion in real estate over the last 30 years, of which we completed $93 million in 2016 and with $110 million in 2017. Our signature development is the $420 million mixed-use Branson Landing development. We build to own and sell opportunistically. Hospitality Management: We develop, own, and operate full-service, select service, and extended stay hotels. Our hotels operate under Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt and Caesars flags. Our portfolio currently contains about 8,000 hotel rooms. Project Management: We own and operate over 6,000 multifamily and single family residences for rent, and over 500,000 square feet of retail property.
