Helene’s coaching approach is based upon an Integral Framework, which means that she consults to the whole person (not a single aspect).  Further more this approach is characterized by a belief that real and sustained change comes from supporting clients to develop greater self-awareness and new behaviors.  The coaching process is therefore, less focused on solving a particular problem and more focused on helping clients develop the ability to be self-correcting and self-generating towards whatever solutions are required.

Leadership teams, whether they are Executive teams, Boards or Departmental teams, must be as capable in managing the intangible assets, as they are the tangible assets.  Often times, teams need assistance in ensuring that they have the structure and guidance by an expert to deal with the more challenging aspects of team effectiveness.
