Andrew Hayes

Andrew Hayes is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of DevSecOps at HData since February 2024. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of Director of DevOps at LivePerson from November 2019 to February 2024, overseeing multiple SRE, Platform Engineering, and Cloud Operations teams across five countries and playing a pivotal role in the company's GCP migration. From January 2015 to November 2019, Andrew was the Director of Production at LivePerson Automotive, where responsibilities included leading a diverse team and managing production functions. Earlier roles included Technical Operations Manager at LivePerson Automotive, where Andrew facilitated migrations to AWS, and various positions at Contact At Once! focused on software development and cloud initiatives. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Auburn University, completed in 2009.
