Jeffrey Press has a long and impressive career in the public and private sectors. Jeffrey began their professional journey in 2005 as an Assistant to Special Agents in the Economic Crimes Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. Jeffrey then moved to The Performance Institute where they served as an Associate Director, Director, and Executive Director. In 2008, they founded The Center for Radical Improvement, a government think-tank dedicated to bringing passionate people together around radical ideas to solve big problems. In 2010, they became a Senior Advisor at the U.S. Performance Improvement Council. From 2014 to 2015, they served as the Deputy Director of Performance Strategy at the U.S. Department of Commerce. Jeffrey then moved to Socrata, where they were the Practice Leader for Government Performance. In 2020, they joined the Data Coalition's Board of Directors and was also appointed Chair of the Advisory Board. In 2022, they joined both HData and Promise as Chief Revenue Officer and Board Member, respectively.

Jeffrey Press received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from The George Washington University.
