HDC co. establishment comes back to the year 2014 when the country and consequently operators faced to lack of powerful attendance of big vendors and companies in Iran such as Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, ZTE, etc. because of political issues and sanctions.
In this period, we tried independently relying on our internal abilities, to overcome all telecom service requirements of the country including but not limited to new site implementation, swap and modernization, network planning & optimization, MW expansion, leased line delivery, fiber implementation, etc.
