Dr. Shelly Smart is a dedicated clinician and consultant specializing in interdisciplinary and integrated behavioral healthcare. Currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Minnesota Duluth and a Licensed Clinical Social Work Supervisor at The Professional Matrix, Dr. Smart is committed to fostering future communities and leaders in the field.
