HDE Connect | Commercial Systems Advisory for Travel & Hospitality

HDE Connect partners with hotel owners, developers, operators, independent resorts, luxury travel brands and travel technology businesses to build commercially stronger, digitally sharper and market-ready hospitality assets.

We work at the intersection of hotel development, brand positioning, distribution strategy, digital commerce, demand generation, revenue systems and AI-driven commercial transformation — helping travel and hospitality businesses improve how they acquire demand, convert customers and scale performance globally.

Our advisory focus includes:
— Direct channel strategy and booking engine optimisation
— OTA, GDS, metasearch and distribution architecture
— Rate parity, channel performance and marketplace strategy
— Demand generation, paid media and customer acquisition efficiency
— Revenue systems, commercial tech stack and operating model design
— AI product development, first-party data and personalisation strategy
— Hotel development, pre-opening and operator-readiness advisory

Independent hotels, resort groups and luxury travel brands engage HDE Connect when commercial performance needs sharper strategic direction, when distribution complexity is limiting profitability, or when they need senior hospitality expertise without the full-time overhead.

In a market where customer acquisition is becoming more expensive and increasingly shaped by platforms, data and AI, the brands that build stronger direct commercial capability now will own more of their customer relationships tomorrow.
