Tim Botzkowski has extensive experience in leadership and organizational development within the insurance and academic sectors. At HDI Group, from April 2018 to August 2024, Tim held the role of Bereichsleiter and CTO, overseeing the transformation and enhancement of HDI Versicherungs AG. Additionally, Tim was responsible for personnel and organizational development, strategy, compensation and benefits, recruiting, and employer branding in the position of Bereichsleiter at the Group CoE. Prior to this, Tim served as Vorstandsassistent (CEO) and as a scientific employee and doctoral candidate at Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg from July 2013 to April 2018, focusing on corporate management and controlling.
