Lowry Taylor

Lowry Taylor, PhD, is a seasoned geographer and foreign affairs expert currently serving as a Subject Matter Expert in Cultural Diplomacy at the Homeland Defense Information Analysis Center. With over 30 years of experience in international peacebuilding, Taylor has engaged in various initiatives, including work with the Afghan Peace Council and the Taliban, and advocacy for human rights in the Philippines. Taylor's academic background includes a PhD in Geography from Northwestern University and a Master's in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College. Previously, Taylor held positions as an adjunct professor and researcher, contributing to significant projects in cultural geography and urban forest programs.
