Cavan Noone

Cavan Noone is a Senior Transit Planner at HDR, with over a decade of experience in various aspects of transportation planning, including transit service, capital facilities, environmental, and land-use planning. Previously, Cavan held positions as a Transportation Planning Intern at the City of Phoenix and a Planning Intern at the City of Tempe, where they contributed to GIS data management and project evaluations. Cavan also interned at the Maricopa Association of Governments, assisting in the creation of performance dashboards and analyzing transportation data. Cavan earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Master's degree in Urban and Environmental Planning from Arizona State University.
