Chris Rand is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the railroad and construction industries. Currently serving as Vice President and Account Manager at HDR since January 2011, Chris is responsible for managing and expanding the company's account with North America's largest Class 1 Railroad, focusing on the development and execution of annual business plans. Previously, as Vice President and Rail Facilities Lead at HDR, Chris oversaw the facilities aspects of national and international railroad projects.
