Clive Baker

Baker's career spans various senior positions at Jacobs, Sinclair Knight Merz, and other firms, focusing on transport operations, infrastructure design, and client management. Baker holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Kingston University and has actively contributed to the engineering community, including a volunteer role as Chairman of the Vic Civil Branch with Engineers Australia.
