Gary Bourne

Gary Bourne is a Project Leader with over 20 years of experience across diverse industries, including Defence, Government, Laboratories, Research, Education, and Commercial projects in Australia, Indonesia, China, and the United Kingdom. They previously held positions as an Electrical Engineer at Modus Group, a Project Engineer at SKM-S2F, and a Senior Engineer at Aurecon. They served as an Associate Director and Design Manager at AECOM from 2017 to 2023 and currently leads projects at HDR. Gary earned a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Systems from Monash University between 1998 and 2003 and is known for their commitment to innovative, sustainable design solutions and fostering collaboration within multi-disciplinary teams.
