John Spanhake

John Spanhake, PE, is a licensed professional engineer with over 25 years of experience in consulting engineering. Currently a Section Manager at HDR, they manage a multidisciplinary engineering team while supporting project management and client relationships. Previously, John held various roles, including MN/WI Engineering Section Manager at HDR and Senior Mechanical Engineer at NV5 and Stanley Consultants. They have also contributed to the field as a Business Development Engineer and a Consultant. John is pursuing dual Bachelor degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and Agricultural Economics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
