John Wolf is a Senior Project Manager at HDR, where they have worked since 2016, bringing over 18 years of Transportation Engineering experience to the role. Previously, they served as a Senior Roadway Engineer at the Oregon Department of Transportation from 2007 to 2016, leading teams on numerous urban freeway modernization projects in the Portland Metro area. John’s earlier experience includes roles as a Transportation Engineer at the North Dakota Department of Transportation and as a student designer at the Upper Great Plains Transportation Institute. They earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University between 2001 and 2003.
