Joshua DeVries

Joshua DeVries, AICP, is a Senior Transportation Planner at HDR, a position held since January 2025. With 20 years of professional experience, they previously served as the Director of Transportation Planning for Osceola County's Transportation and Transit Department for nearly 14 years, as well as a Planner for the City of Kissimmee for over 5 years. DeVries earned a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Central Florida in May 2016, achieving a 4.0 GPA, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Planning from Northern Michigan University, earned in 2005. Active in the American Planning Association since 2005, DeVries has held multiple leadership roles, including Immediate Past President of the Orlando Metro Section.
