Mark Loga

Mark Loga is a Professional Engineer licensed in multiple states, currently serving as the NY/NJ Civil/Highway Section Lead at HDR. Mark has extensive experience in engineering project management and design services for civil and infrastructure projects across the U.S., having previously held positions such as Senior Civil/Highway Engineer at HDR and Senior Civil Engineer at Weidlinger Associates, Inc. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University and a Master of Science in Construction Management from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering.
