Michael Bertram

Michael Bertram, P.E. serves as the Vice President and Oregon Transportation Group Director at HDR, a position held since August 2023. Previously, Michael held roles including Director of Transportation and Executive Vice President at CONSOR Engineers and Senior Vice President at Murraysmith+Quincy, overseeing the operations of transportation groups across multiple Western states. With over 35 years of public transportation design project experience, Michael has collaborated with numerous public agencies, such as the Oregon Department of Transportation and Arizona Department of Transportation. Early in Michael's career, positions included Transportation Engineer at the Washington State Department of Transportation and Project Manager at various engineering firms. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington.
