Patrick O'Neill is an experienced executive A&E consultant and the Vice President of HDR's Southern California & Southwest Region Environmental Sciences & Planning (ES&P) team. With a strong background in environmental planning, they have worked across various sectors including transportation, energy, and land development. Patrick has a proven track record in building consultant teams, securing clients, and preparing CEQA and NEPA documentation. They hold a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from San Diego State University-California State University, in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration and City Planning. Prior positions include Project Manager at San Diego Gas & Electric and Senior Project Manager at BRG Consulting, Inc.
