Patrick Solomon, CEP, is a Senior NEPA Project Manager and Senior Professional Associate at HDR, where employment began in November 2008 following a merger with e2M, which was part of his experience from 2008-2009. Prior to HDR, Patrick worked as an Environmental Scientist at Tetra Tech from June 1995 to October 2008 and completed a GIS internship at NOAA: National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration from October 1994 to June 1995.
