Peter Brakenhoff, P.E. is the Vice President and Area Transportation Manager at HDR in the AZ/NM area, bringing over 25 years of experience in highway engineering and project development. Peter’s extensive background includes roles as Senior Project Manager and Department Operations Manager, where they led teams in the design and management of transportation projects. Since rejoining HDR in 2004, Peter has held various leadership positions and is currently responsible for overseeing a diverse group of over 120 professionals in delivering transportation solutions. Peter completed a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and has a foundational education in civil engineering from MTS Alkmaar.
