Peter Zipf is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in transportation and infrastructure project management. Currently serving as Client Manager and Strategic Advisory Services at HDR since September 2015, Zipf oversees major engineering projects in the NY/NJ Area and provides expert advisory services for program management functions on large capital transportation projects. Previously, Zipf held various senior roles at The Port Authority of NY & NJ from 1985 to August 2015, culminating in the position of Chief Engineer, where responsibilities included managing a $27 billion capital program focused on infrastructure improvements across airports, bridges, ports, and transit systems. Zipf holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Structural Engineering from Manhattan University and a Master of Science in Construction Management from NYU Polytechnic School of Engineering.
