Rob Bartlett

Rob Bartlett is currently an Associate Director in Building Engineering Services at HDR, where they have been since 2025. Prior to this role, Rob served as an Associate Director and NSW Transport Market Sector Leader at NDY for four years, leveraging over 29 years of experience in the engineering industry. Their background includes mechanical engineering, project coordination, and business development, along with specialization in the design of fire and life safety systems across various sectors. Rob began their career as a Cadet Mechanical Engineer at Boeing while completing their degree, and they also worked at Hyder Consulting, focusing on mechanical services and tunnel ventilation for infrastructure projects. Outside of professional commitments, Rob enjoys surfing and riding their Vespa around Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
